These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services—including reverse image lookup, facial recognition search, and image source identification—as well as subscriptions, purchases, and related features (collectively "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws to use our Services. We may update these Terms at any time; updates take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.

You agree that any disputes will be handled individually—no class, collective, or representative actions are allowed. Arbitration or other legal proceedings must be individual-only. This waiver is an essential part of these Terms; if it is deemed invalid in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Terms shall still apply.

Our Services provide search results using proprietary algorithms and publicly available data from the internet. These results may include information about individuals, image origins, and websites where specific images appear. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Due to the nature of AI and web-crawling technology, results may be incomplete, outdated, or include false positives. The Services are for informational purposes only—not for critical decisions like legal, financial, or employment matters. If you rely on them, you do so at your own risk.

Users may be required to register with a valid email to receive access (e.g., via a "magic link" or password). Any trial pricing or promotional offers will be clearly displayed before purchase. You are responsible for securing your account access. Sharing access or multi-accounting without our prior consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension. You can request account deletion via our settings page; upon verification, your account data will be permanently removed.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reverse engineering, automated scraping (outside of our authorized API), unauthorized distribution, or attempting to disrupt the Services is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

Content provided through LookupDial is provided "as-is." It is not a substitute for professional identity verification or legal evidence. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly post the search reports without our written permission. While we strive for accuracy, we are not obligated to correct information that originated from third-party websites or public sources.

You have the legal right or permission to use and upload the image.The upload does not violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of a third party.You are not uploading offensive, illegal, or non-consensual intimate imagery. You grant us a temporary license to process these images to fulfill your search request. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any content that violates these standards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services or these Terms at any time without notice. This includes changes to pricing, search limits, and feature availability. All intellectual property related to LookupDial's technology remains the property of LookupDial or its licensors.

LookupDial may offer subscription-based access. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., after a 24-hour trial or on a monthly basis) unless canceled. Trial charges and recurring fees will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for these recurring fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or our Cancellation Hub. Once a billing cycle begins, fees are generally non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a pro-rated refund for the current period. Technical issues preventing service delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if reported within 30 days.

Stalking, harassment, or defamation.Identity theft or fraud.Violating the privacy of private individuals. You bear all responsibility and legal liability for your use of the search results.

LookupDial is not a "consumer reporting agency" as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You must NOT use our Services for:

Determining eligibility for credit, insurance, or employment.Tenant screening or any other purpose governed by the FCRA.Making any decision that has a legal or significant effect on an individual.

You agree to indemnify and defend LookupDial, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including privacy and copyright).

LookupDial and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, inaccuracies in search results, or reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the results will be 100% accurate, error-free, or always available.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in full force.Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LookupDial.Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
